Below is a list of special considerations to keep in mind, regarding your shipping from our legends here at MXstore!

1. All lead times are in business days only and exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be processed the following business day!

3. All dispatched orders leave our Gold Coast warehouse.

4. In stock items on our website, are subject to SAME DAY dispatch by our warehouse ninja's when placed before 2 pm. (excludes jersey prints and any products which are shipped directly by a third party.)

5. We are human, which means that sometimes, mistakes can happen and items can go missing in our large warehouse. If we encounter an issue we will always ensure that we provide a solution and mitigate the inconvenience. We appreciate your patience and understanding, our team will be sure to get this issue resolved as soon as possible! 

6. Batteries, oils, aerosols and any items classed as "dangerous goods", cannot be sent express, internationally or to a PO Box.

7. Some bulky items such as Wheelsets, Pimp My Bike Kits and Mo-Tow's cannot be shipped internationally or with express. 

8. All international orders are shipped via Australia Post which connects with DHL international.

9. Your order will be delivered to you by a daredevil on a stunt bike or by a monkey on a unicycle! (Depending on your location of course!) 

10. Sorry, I have just been informed that the above information is incorrect......your parcel will be delivered by truck. Don't worry, we are more disappointed than you are!
