Unfortunately, we don't get to deliver your goodies to your door ourselves, so we do have to rely on third-party shipping couriers to continue to uphold that epic service we strive so hard for here at MXstore.
If you have added delivery instructions to your order, they will appear on the postage label for the courier as seen in the example below:
All couriers are run by humans, like you and I, which means that sometimes mistakes may happen and on the odd occasion, the delivery instructions may be missed upon delivery. If you have had this issue happen to you, we recommend getting in touch with the courier to inform them of the steps that were not followed, so that they can continue to work with their team in creating a better experience in the future.
