Due to having the best and fastest warehouse crew in all of Australia, (not being bias, okay maybe a little), makes it that little bit easier to get you back on the bike and most importantly to ride more! All orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched on the SAME day!!

Jersey Prints:

An exception to this is for our custom jersey prints! Please allow up to a 24-hour turn around time for your custom jersey to be picked, printed, packed and dispatched from our warehouse!

Custom Wheelsets, Pimp My Bike Kits & Mo-Tow Bike Carrier's (3rd Party Shipping):

These few products sold by MXstore are kept in a 3rd party warehouse from our Australian suppliers and are shipped directly to our customers from their workshop.

• CUSTOM MADE WHEELSETS require a trained expert to ensure each wheel has been assembled correctly requiring an extra 2-5 business day turn around for all wheelsets.
• MO-TOW BIKE CARRIERS are shipped straight from our Supplier due to it's size and shipped via a Third Party Courier. 
• When you place an order for a PIMP MY BIKE KIT, each part in the kit is handpicked and put together to make a complete kit with one unique product code. 

Simply, the tracking information is manually sent from our Customer Service Lords via a personal SMS or e-mail for you instead of from our system! :) 

PRE-ORDERS:

• MXstore offers pre-orders for any new ranges as an added service to our customers. This way as soon as a range pre-order drops, you can browse and purchase your favourite items and snatched it up, before anyone else does! 
• Any items listed with a Pre-Order label, will list an ETA date. Please keep in mind that due to international importing complexities, sometimes these ETA's can change without notice and MXstore is not accountable or responsible for these changes.
