Things to Consider:

- Startrack is now an entity of Australia Post and utilise both fleets for delivery. Your parcels may be taken back to your local Post Office if not able to be left safely at the premises upon delivery. Please ensure you do check this by calling your local office before lodging a dispute enquiry.
