What is the difference between Authority to Leave (ATL) and Signature Required? 

Authority to Leave (ATL) 

If you have selected ATL for your order, your parcel will be left in a safe place at the address provided upon checkout. A signature will not be required for the order to be left at the premises. 

All orders placed with MXexpress are automatically marked as an ATL delivery. If you do not wish for your order to be left unattended, Australia Post Express offers both ATL and signature required options.

Please note: If you have selected ATL for your delivery, MXstore does not cover theft once the order has been delivered. 

Signature Required 

If you have selected Signature Required for your order and you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will take your parcel to the nearest Post Shop or drop point so that you can collect your goodies at a time that suits you. The courier will leave a card in your mailbox to inform you of the missed delivery. 

Please note: Post Shops and drop locations can only hold your parcel for a certain amount of time. To ensure your order doesn't end up getting returned to sender, ensure to collect your parcel at your earliest convenience.
