Delivery Disputes With Shipping Carrier

If you are having issues with the delivery of your order the fastest way to get answers is to contact the service provider in which we have sent your parcel for further instructions. Their Contact information is provided below.

If you need to redirect your parcel once the item has been sent this can only be done by the receiver. MXstore does not have the authority to redirect parcels for any customers under any circumstance.

For Free Standard delivery or Australia Post Express parcels you will need to contact Australia Post via phone or by lodging an enquiry via their website.

For all MXexpress enquiries or to book a redelivery, you will need to contact Startrack via phone or their website.

Please note Startrack is now an entity of Australia Post and utilise both fleets for delivery. Your parcels may be taken back to your local Post Office if not able to be left safely at the premises upon delivery. Please ensure you do check this by calling your local office before lodging a dispute enquiry.
