Can I Return Something Without The Packaging?


Need to return something but realised you no longer have the packaging?

To ensure all of our customers have an epic experience and the goods they purchase are NEW, all returns must meet our terms & conditions, including: 

  • All items are in brand new condition (unworn, unused, unwashed) including packaging & tags.
  • Dirt bike hard parts have not been fitted and are not scratched, marked or dirty.
  • All goods are re-packaged as you received them (e.g. helmets inside helmet bag).
  • No tape was applied or damage was caused to retail packaging & boxes.

For an item to be new, the product must not be worn or used and all of the packaging and tags are still in their brand new, original condition.

On occasions, products that may be accepted for a return without the packaging are clothing items such as jerseys, gloves, pants and tees as we have replacement bags available in our warehouse. The product, however, must still be brand new with all tags attached. 

Before completing your return via our Returns Portal, if you have disposed of the packaging of the goods, please contact our Customer Service or Showroom legends to confirm if your item can be returned.
