Can I Return The "Dangerous Goods" I Purchased?

Return Shipping

All "dangerous goods" are unable to be returned and are excluded from our 60-day return policy as a standard return does not provide the necessary paperwork to cover return freight for dangerous items. These unique forms are used by companies to ship dangerous goods around Australia and don't cover customer returns.

Showroom Return

However, if you are local to our Burleigh Heads Showroom and the item you purchased is still in its brand new, unopened and original condition, you are more than welcome to organise a return in-store:

MXstore
36-40 Junction Road,
Burleigh Heads QLD 4220
AUSTRALIA

Examples of Dangerous Goods:

  • Batteries
  • Oils
  • Lubricants
  • Aerosol cans
  • Any flammable liquids

If your order arrives to you damaged, please take photo's of the damaged box and item and email them to our Customer Service legends below! Please take photos, before and after opening the packaging to ensure the correct procedure is followed. We will be sure to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
