Rather than wait for an exchange, you can jump online NOW, place your order and when your return arrives back to us here at MXstore we will either refund or credit you for your original order!
This way you get the new item ASAP, secure the stock so it doesn't sell out, and also get free shipping on the new item when over $20 if being shipped nationally or over $100 if being shipped to New Zealand!
How Does It Work?
Store credit:
- Set up your instant return via our Online Returns Portal
- Once your return arrives at MXstore, we will apply the credit to your MXstore account
- Jump online when you are ready and you can place a new order
- Your credit can be applied at the payment step of the checkout process when you are logged into your account.
Please note: Store credits do not have an expiration date
Refund:
- Set up your instant return via our Online Returns Portal
- Jump online when you are ready and place a new order to secure the stock and get it on the way!
- Once your return arrives at MXstore, we will process your refund back through to the original payment method.
Please note: Refunds can take 1-3 business days to process back into your account.
