I Have Received The Wrong Item


Here at MXstore, we are all human (minus Noah the dog), which means that unfortunately, sometimes, mistakes can happen... If your order is incorrect, please reach out to our Customer Service Team via the Contact Us link. 

We will need the following information to fix this as quickly as possible for you: 

  • Your full name, email address or order number 
  • List (or photos) of the products that have been incorrectly shipped
  • Images of the barcodes on the products 
  • The name, order number and shipping address on the post label that was received
