MXstore offers layby payment plans!
To set up a Layby, we require a 20% deposit of the total order value upfront, this will secure your order and hold the stock.
Any products that are not in stock, including dropship items such as wheelsets, will need to be fully paid before we place a backorder. Please keep in mind, what may be in stock with the supplier at the start of the Layby, may be sold out by the supplier by the time the order is fully paid as we cannot hold the stock.
Payment intervals are to be no longer than 2 weeks apart. MXstore will keep you up to date on the progress of your layby as payments are made, and send weekly reminders to you during the layby process. MXstore allows a maximum 90 day duration layby period. If your layby payment has not been completed by the end of the 90 days, we will contact you to finalise any outstanding payments, complete the layby arrangements and get your order on its way so that you can get back on that bike and RIDE MORE!
If we have been unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you after the 90 day period has ended, the layby which is not finalised will be cancelled and a restocking fee of 10% of the total order value will be held. The remaining credit (if any) will be refunded back to you!
We understand that sometimes things can change and you may need to cancel your Layby. To do this, please reach out to our Customer Service crew! Please keep in mind that if you request to cancel your layby, there will be a restocking fee involved which will equal to 10% of the total order value.
Layby's can be set up in our Burleigh Heads Showroom or you can contact our Customer Service team and set up a layby over the phone. If you have already got a long list of products in your cart, you can also save your order as a quote on the MXstore website and contact our team to set up a payment plan!
