MXstore offers instant returns via our Online Returns Portal!

MXstore reserves the right to refuse any returned item without notice if we deem the return to not meet guidelines set upon creation of the return and in line with our Return Terms and Conditions.

Store Credit:

Once you receive the confirmation email for your return, you can use your store credit straight away! 

• Your credit can be used online, over the phone or in our Burleigh Heads Showroom!
• To use your store credit, simply log into your MXstore account online before proceeding to the checkout. 
• Upon checkout, your credit will be available to add to the order under 'Payment Options' at the payment section of the process. Be sure to apply the credit before making payment for the remainder of the order! 

Please note: AfterPay does not allow split payments 

Refunds:

Refunds are processed every day between business hours from Monday - Friday. 

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for the funds to land back into your account, depending on what bank you were with.

Please note: All refunds are processed back through to the original payment method used for the order.
