Order Cancellations

Have you recently purchased something and then realised your partner won't be happy that you just spent this week's groceries on bike parts? We have all been there so don't worry, we can cancel that order for you! 

If the order is still physically in our warehouse and hasn't been dispatched, we can easily cancel the order and offer you a store credit or refund, just let us know what works best for you! :) 

Please keep in mind that if you have ordered anything that is custom, such as a jersey print or graphics kit, once the customisation has been processed, we are unable to cancel the order as this is now no longer in its original, resellable condition. 

Our warehouse team are lightning-fast so if you need to cancel an order, please make sure to call our Customer Service legends as soon as possible! We do receive over 200 emails daily, so we can't guarantee that your email will be seen before our speedy warehouse team dispatches your order. So, the best way to avoid an unhappy partner and no groceries that week is to pick up that phone and give us a quick call! :) 

If our warehouse crew beat us to the finish line and your order has already been shipped, we can easily organise a return for you, just reach out to our team. Our Customer Service team may also be able to request the return of the package from the courier company, however, please keep in mind that there will be a small redirection cost involved.
