Each order that is placed with MXstore, whether it was placed via phone on our website will go through a system security check. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and payment security department.

Please note that our system picks up orders based on a number of factors including:

• High valued orders

• Credit card origin

• IP and ISP information

• GEO location from when the order was placed.

Gift Vouchers that have been flagged for a security check will be in a held status and be unusable until the authorisation amount has been confirmed. Once confirmed the Gift Voucher will be activated. 

Some orders may be subject to a small authorization verification before they are approved for shipment. In these cases, a small amount between $0 and $1 will be held on your credit card and you will be asked to confirm this amount to validate your payment. This is not a charge, but an authorisation which will release back to you. In most cases this authorisation is instantiations, however this can depend on your bank so we ask to allow up to 3 business days. 

We make every effort to quickly review and process orders which are flagged to ensure a speedy delivery while maintaining a high level of security and service.

We hold the order for 4 days. Failure to comply with such requests from MXstore will result in the order being canceled and the funds being refunded in full back to the original payment method and future orders will not be able to be placed using this method.

MXstore will do all we can to ensure a fun and safe shopping experience for every one of our customers. Most importantly, to protect not only MXstore but our customers, so you feel confident when placing an order with us!

PLEASE KINDLY NOTE:
We will strive to dispatch all orders placed before 2 pm that undergo a security check if your details are confirmed by 4 pm the same day. However, due to the nature of our work, this is not something we can always guarantee. We are unable to refund any shipping costs for orders being held until the following business day if we have been unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you. Once your details have been confirmed, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse as soon as possible.
