Compression garments vary slightly in fit from brand to brand, MXstore advises the following sizing conversions below to inch waist measurements as a general rule of thumb:

• S - 28/30
• M - 32/34
• L - 34/36
• XL - 36/38

If you are unsure which inch measurement you are, take a look at any of your current pants as most clothing and motocross gear follows an inch measurement scale. Compression clothing should be a snug fit without restricting movement.
