Warranty claims are processed in a number of ways which are detailed below.
MXstore's team requests photo's of the damaged/faulty product in question to make an initial assessment. If there is no physical fault which can be photographed our customer service team will ask some questions to get a better understanding of the issue.
The next step is sending the item back to MXstore which will be forwarded to the brand or supplier for the final assessment. MXstore will cover the postage costs in all successful warranty cases but if a return is rejected as a warranty case after assessment all postage costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Depending on the case, some items are repaired and others are replaced. Please be mindful that this process can take some time but all cases are dealt with as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience as we take care of this for you.
