Some items are sent separately from the rest of your order:

• Dangerous goods such as oils, lubricants, cleaning products and aerosols are often shipped in their own parcel.
• Items from partner warehouses, such as wheelsets, Mo-Tows, Pimp My Bike kits and custom MotoSeats, ship directly from our supplier.

You'll receive tracking for each parcel, so keep an eye on your emails.
