You can also track your order by:

• Email: Once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Click the tracking link to follow your parcel’s journey.

• Your MXstore account: If you created an account when placing your order, log in to view your order history and tracking information.

Tracking not showing yet?

If your order has only just been dispatched, your tracking may take a few hours to update while the courier registers your parcel. This can sometimes take until the next day.

If your tracking still isn't working after 24 hours, or you can't find your order using the tracking link above, get in touch with our Customer Service team and we'll help you out.
