We take the risk out of ordering online! If you receive any items that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return to us within 60 days in the condition that you received them and we will happily offer a store credit or refund.

We offer instant, online returns for Australian customers!

Quick check first - your return needs to be:

Unworn, unused, unwashed
Tags + original packaging still attached
No marks, scratches, dirt or damage
Hard parts not fitted & retail packaging in good condition (no tape or labels stuck on it)

If it doesn't tick these boxes, there's a good chance it'll be sent back and no one wants that.

Returning something? Our online returns portal makes it quick and easy. Before you start, you'll need your order number you will find this in your order confirmation email or in your MXstore account starting with N1.

Once you're in the portal, you'll be guided through the process step by step. You can also pay for your return shipping via Australia Post directly through the portal.

Prefer to Organise Your Own Return?

Alternatively, if you would prefer to organise your own return, please ensure the product is packaged securely and any retail boxes are wrapped to prevent damage in transit. Please do not place tape or shipping labels directly onto retail packaging. Make sure your order number (N1000000000) is clearly marked on the outside of the parcel before sending it to:
