How to retrieve your parcel and book your redelivery online?


Were you out and about, busy tearing up the tracks and missed your delivery? Not a problem! 

If you have a delivery due to arrive from Couriers Please and have requested to sign for your parcel, what happens if you are not at home at the time of the attempted delivery? There are three possible delivery options the driver can leave at your address to finalise your delivery!

Once a card has been left, just jump onto the Couriers Please website, enter in your Delivery Advice Number or Consignment Number and follow the steps to book a redelivery!
