Please keep in mind:
- Tracking can take up to 24 hours to activate and update.
- If you are located in Western Australia, Northern Territory or in rural areas of Australia, your tracking information will show "In Transit" for quite some time! Updates to your tracking only take place when the item is scanned through a depot close to its destination.
- Our super speedy express orders will miss a lot of scans along the way to allow for efficiency, so you may not see a huge amount of movement through the parcel's journey until it reaches closer to its destination.
If you aren't home to sign for your parcel, Australia Post will send your order to your nearest Post Office so that it can be collected at a time that suits you. If you have requested "Authority to Leave" for your order, your parcel will be left in a safe location on the premises.
If you aren't home to sign for your parcel Courier's Please will take the order back to your nearest POP shop or collection point. Arrangements must be made for a re-delivery time or you can choose to pick up the item from your nearest collection point.
"MXexpress" which is shipped by StarTrack is strictly an "Authority to Leave" service, so get ready because your order will be coming in HOT!
