To make our returns process easier, we do our exchanges a little differently here at MXstore! We offer our customers a refund or store credit so that their return can be processed more efficiently and we can get you back on the bike sooner! 

What Are The Benefits? 

Rather than wait for an exchange, you can jump online NOW, place your order and when your return arrives back to us here at MXstore we will either refund or credit you for your original order!

This way you get the new item ASAP, secure the stock so it doesn't sell out, and also get free shipping on the new item when over $20 if being shipped nationally or over $100 if being shipped to New Zealand!

How Does It Work? 

Store credit: 

  • Reach out to our customer service legends via phone, email or live chat! 
  • We will set you up with a return number and email you through the details 
  • You can request a shipping label to be emailed to you which will cap the shipping costs (Australian residents only) 
  • Once your return arrives at MXstore, we will apply the credit to your MXstore account 
  • Jump online when you are ready and you can place a new order 
  • Your credit can be applied at the payment step of the checkout process when you are logged into your account
  • Please note: Store credits do not have an expiration date

Refund: 

  • Reach out to our customer service legends via phone, email or live chat! 
  • We will set you up with a return number and email you through the details 
  • You can request a shipping label to be emailed to you which will cap the shipping costs (Australian residents only) 
  • Jump online when you are ready and place a new order to secure the stock and get it on the way! 
  • Once your return arrives at MXstore, we will process your refund back through to the original payment method.
  • Refunds take 1-3 business days to process back into your account (depending on what bank you were with) 
  • Please note: If you have purchased a gear set, the pricing will be different when purchasing individually. This should balance out once the refund has been processed.
