How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email and or SMS which will contain a tracking number and a link so you can track your orders journey.
We will also send you dispatch notification and delivery updates via SMS if your mobile number has been connected with your MXstore order.
Please note that we will send these notifications throughout the day and the tracking number is not usually registered with our shipping carriers until after 5pm. If a tracking number does not work immediately or says that it is invalid it will usually within a few hours or at most the next day.
