If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily exchange, credit or refund.
All items being returned MUST have an RMA number before it can be sent back. Please contact our customer service team to have your RMA generated before sending your order back to us.
The fastest, easiest and most cost-effective way to exchange an item is for MXstore to email a return label to you. Return labels work out cheaper than sending an item back through a Post Office and we can add the shipping cost of the exchange to the new order.
In order to receive free shipping on your exchange item you can simply purchase the item you wish to exchange for, and simply send the original order back for a refund.
Unfortunately, return labels are only available within Australia. International returns have to be processed manually by the sender.
All items returned for a refund or exchange must follow the below checklist for return.
- Within 60 days of initial purchase
- All clothing and luggage must be unworn/unused and unwashed
- Must be returned with all original tags and packaging undamaged in new condition
- Item is not listed on our non-returnable items list below
We will under no circumstances accept back the following items:
- Dangerous goods items
- Sale items
The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return or exchange of any items. Please note that MXstore is not responsible for any local taxes or currency conversion for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
