If you receive any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 60 days in the condition that you received it and we will happily store credit or refund.
All items being returned MUST be authorised before being sent back with a return number. Please contact our customer service legends to have your return number generated before sending your order back to us.
As we do 'exchanges' a little differently, the best way to secure the new item is if you place a new order now to re-purchase the correct item to get it on the way to you ASAP. Once we receive the returned item, we will then credit or refund that for you right away - This way you get the new item ASAP, secure the stock so it doesn't sell out, and also get free shipping on the new item when over $20!
To make it even easier, we send you a pre-paid postage label which will simply be deducted from the credit or refund, the cost is generally between $8-$15 depending on the size & weight of the item. This usually works out to be cheaper for you than standard shipping through Australia Post and you can print it off at home or work and pop your item into a post box, or take your smartphone into a post office and they take care of it for you!
Unfortunately, return labels are only available within Australia. International returns have to be processed manually by the sender.
All items returned must follow the below checklist for return.
- Within 60 days of initial purchase
- All clothing and luggage must be unworn/unused and unwashed
- Must be returned with all original tags and packaging undamaged in new condition
- Item is not listed on our non-returnable items list below
We will under no circumstances accept back the following items:
- Dangerous goods items
The customer is responsible for any costs incurred in the return of any items. Please note that MXstore is not responsible for any local taxes or currency conversion for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
